Bill has over 38 years of experience in safety and health including work as a Corporate Safety Specialist in industry. Koepnick has educated thousands of health and safety professionals across the country and is a regular presenter for the National Safety Council and countless other organizations. Koepnick develops and conducts conferences, specialized in-plant training sessions, safety audits and makes recommendations for compliance and effective safety management.

Bill’s work experience includes:

Harnischfeger Corporation, Corporate Safety Specialist - responsible for all aspects of compliance including training, audits, incident analysis and policy development.

Wisconsin Safety Council, Executive Director - responsible for all of the Wisconsin Safety Council activities including membership, committee development and educational programs.  Developed and conducted training programs on a wide variety of safety and health subjects throughout the state of Wisconsin

Professional Training Services, Inc., President - responsible for all aspects of operating a small business including, promotion, finances, developing and delivering safety educational workshops and safety audits.

Education  - Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Education, Industrial Safety Management Major from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
