Safety Trainer / Resource

Emery Bitzan holds the position of Human Resource Manager, HR Information & Solutions for MRA-The Management Association, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in human resources, labor relations, and employee benefit administration areas.

Prior to joining MRA, Emery held the position of Director of Human Resources for a metal manufacturing facility doing primarily government contact work. His other work experiences include working in the food industry and educational fields, and has experience in both union and non-union environments.

Emery works part-time at MRA assisting member companies finding solutions to their human resources issues.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has done additional work toward a master’s degree.
