Safety Trainer / Resource

Jodi McMahon has 25 years of managerial and engineering experience with multi-national enterprises in several industries, including electronics, plastics coatings, flexible packaging, and software development. Jodi has been working as a consultant and instructor for MRA since 2005. She is a senior member of the American Society of Quality and a member of the Project Management Institute, the professional society for project managers.

Jodi helps companies to:

• Make good business decisions through continuous improvement programs that teach employees how to eliminate problems.
• Reduce time-to-market for new products, maximize cost reductions, and improve processes, through project management classes that emphasize the human side – not just the technical side – of project management.
• Develop more robust company systems, comply with regulations, increase business, and continuously improve processes through improved internal ISO 9001 audits.

Education

Jodi holds an undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from Valparaiso University. Her Master of Science degree in engineering management from Milwaukee School of Engineering included program specialization in quality management. She has completed the coursework toward her certification as a Quality Management System Lead Auditor with RAB/QSA International.
