From Interstate 80

Driving West on Interstate 80:

• At the intersection of 80, 280 & 74, take 280 and 74 West
• At the intersection of 280 and 74 West; Take 74 West
• Exit at Avenue of the Cities
• At the stoplight turn right onto Avenue of the Cities
• Go approximately one (1) mile to the intersection of 41 Street and Avenue of the Cities - There is a stop light there and a Walgreen Drug Store is on your right
• Turn right onto 41 Street
• Take the first right after passing the Walgreen Drug Store - this is a driveway and not a street
• We are located in the large building in front of you. Right there on the corner, the single story portion of the building, Suite 100

Driving East on Interstate 80:

• At the intersection of 80 & 74 East, Take 74 East
• Exit at Avenue of the Cities
• At the stoplight turn left onto Avenue of the Cities
• Go approximately one (1) mile to the intersection of 41 Street and Avenue of the Cities - There is a stop light there and a Walgreen Drug Store is on your right
• Turn right onto 41 Street
• Take the first right after passing the Walgreen Drug Store - this is a driveway and not a street

From Interstate 88

• Interstate 88 turns into Route 5 at the intersection of Interstate 88 and Interstate 80; proceed south for approximately 9 to 10 miles on Route 5
• At the intersection of 41 Street and Route 5 where a stoplight is located, (the John Deere Health Facility is on your right and across the intersection on your right is Panera Bread) turn right and proceed up the hill for a little over one mile. After passing through the third stoplight (a Whiteys Ice cream store and the high school's large playing field will be on your left), turn left at the first driveway after the high school playing field. The back of a Walgreen Drug Store is located on your right after making the turn. We are the first building in front of you (as stated above).

From the Quad City Airport

• Go straight through the stoplight as you exit from the airport onto Interstate 74
• Exit onto Avenue of the Cities
• At the stoplight turn right onto Avenue of the Cities
• Go about one mile to the intersection of 41 Street and Avenue of the Cities
• Turn right at the stoplight; make the very next right (behind the Walgreens) and we are the first building, Suite 100
